We like MYOB because it offers a good accounting package for a one off fee when you purchase the software and depending on your choice there is often no monthly charge, although you do pay for upgrades. It links directly to our in house accounting software and we can help you with any issues.
We are also able to provide support for MYOB payroll. This system is easy to use, very flexible and can be adapted to your situation. There are annual and periodic updates for changes to tax rates and legislation. Once set up it provides end of month and end of year reports and calculates the correct PAYE, employee deductions and entitlements. The system will provide monthly schedules than can be transferred electronically to IRD. Hayden is able to help in the set up and management of MYOB payroll.
MYOB offers a range of comprehensive solutions for any type of business and their software is suited to varying levels of accounting knowledge. They have a new release cloud based accounting package called Live Accounts for small businesses, or there is the Account Right range of products which can be tailored to suit more complex entities. MYOB Account Right software also provides you with a choice of having your company data securely stored on your computer, server only or in the cloud. A benefit of using cloud based software means that you can access your data where ever and whenever you choose.
